Qt Setup
This article illustrates the procedures of porting Qt/Embedded-4.4.3 to S3C2440 development boards. First, Download the Qt from http://trolltech.com/downloads. The latest stable version is qt-embedded-linux-opensource-src-4.4.3. Then refer to the following steps to port the qt-embedded-linux-opensource-src-4.4.3. 1. Extract the compressed package: tar zxf qt-embedded-linux-opensource-src-4.4.3.tar.gz cd qt-embedded-linux-opensource-src-4.4.3 2. Compile the qt-embedded-linux-opensource-src-4.4.3. Remove some unnecessary features, keep most of the commonly used functions ./configure \ -prefix /opt/qt/build -release -shared \-no-qt3support \ -qt-sql-sqlite \ -no-libtiff -no-libmng \ -qt-libjpeg \ -qt-zlib \ -qt-libpng \ -qt-freetype \ -no-openssl \ -nomake examples -nomake demos -nomake tools\ -optimized-qmake \ -no-phonon \ -no-nis \ -no-opengl \ -no-cups \ -no-xcursor -no-xfixes -no-xrandr -no-xrender -no-xkb -no-sm\ -no-xinerama -no-xshape \ -no-separate-debug-info \ -xplatform qws/linux-arm-g++ \ -embedded arm \ -qt-kbd-usb \ -qt-mouse-tslib make make install 3.Setup Env variables for compiling applications export QTDIR = /opt/qt export LD_LIBRARDY_PATH = $QTDIR/lib export QMAKR = $QTDIR/qmake export QMAKESPEC=$QTDIR/mkspec/qws/linux-arm-g++ export PATH=$PATH:$QTDIR/bin 4. Compile build-in test program cd $QTDIR/examples/qws/mousecalibration qmake && make cp mousecalibration 5.Run the QT4 test program on the 2440 board, transfer /opt/build to board. setup the the QT env to the Qt dir. export QTDIR = /opt/qt export LD_LIBRARDY_PATH = $QTDIR/lib transfer test program to the 2440 board. run the program. |
